Renting 7 Passenger Passenger Cars For A Teenager Tour
When my boss's daughter, Emma, turned 16 she desired to celebrate by having a day of sightseeing in the city with five of her female friends. "The city" is San Francisco, that is just a few miles away from where my boss lives, and while there is the public transit option of Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART), Emma desired her good friends to be able to sing songs and be energetic during the journey there.
Riding on BART would have required that they sit calmly rather than bother the other commuters. Additionally, finding 6 adjacent seats on the BART train isn't always feasible. My boss asked me to find out if any local car rental agencies carried 7 seater cars. I made a few telephone calls and checked a few sites on the internet and gave my boss the info she needed to make an evaluation of 7 passenger vehicles available for the day of Emma's special birthday.
This would allow adequate room for Emma plus five of her buddies and my boss would be the driver. My boss made her decision and all the plans were set. The special day arrived and the climate was wonderful, sunny and warm. Emma, her buddies, and her mama climbed into the mini-van and the party began. Well, in fact, there was more pre-planning for the party bus before they got on board.
My boss had purchased beautifully decorated cupcakes for the young girls to enjoy on the way over the Bay Bridge into the city. And, obviously, her buddies had come with their favourite Cd's to sing along with. After they got into San Francisco, they visited Fisherman's Wharf, fed the sea lions on the pier, had lunch at a restaurant looking out on the Golden Gate Bridge, as well as went window shopping at the Galleria.
And, as any day in San Francisco is guaranteed to provide, took in all the awesome scenery as well as diversity. Some individuals might be intimated by driving through the roads of San Francisco, particularly with a mini-van full of teen-aged girls, but my boss was comfortable driving around the city because she had stayed there when she was going to college or university.
When my employer came back to work the following day, she had lots of pics and tales to tell about the great time the girls had on their day in the city, and it sounded like it was a birthday that Emma would remember for her whole life. I believe this was the perfect way for a mom to give her daughter a birthday party on the go. If anyone asks me for a good idea for celebrating a girl's 16th birthday, I'll definitely advise that they look into the option of 7 seater vehicles. And let the party begin!

There are meats, fruits, and vegetables to put in the shopping cart; soap and toilet paper, too. But the most important ingredients are those needed to bake a birthday cake. Children love to help out at the grocery store. In her signature style, Anne Rockwell conveys the thrill of a trip to the supermarket from a young child’s point-of-view.Thirty years ago, Anne Rockwell collaborated with her husband Harlow on this charming book.
