How Do You Design Your Birthday Banner?
A birthday is the best time to celebrate with a party. Everything must be memorable. Planning for a birthday party is necessary for it to become a hit among your friends and family members. Think about the party’s theme and how to incorporate the theme into everything, including the decor. Any party is not complete without a birthday banner to top it all off.
Vinyl vs. Paper Banners
Vinyl material is often found on billboards and other forms of outdoor advertising. A vinyl banner is made of strong PVC plastic. But a professionally created vinyl banner is necessary because a special printer is needed to manufacture it..
You can do a DIY with paper banners, but it may not be sturdy enough to last the night. With a paper banner, the colors may soak into the ink and botch up the whole presentation of your banner. The paper may also lose its form if the room is too humid. You most probably will not be able to keep a paper banner for the sake of memories. If you are sentimental, you need your memorabilia to last a lifetime. This applies particularly for sweet sixteen parties and debutant balls.
Designing Your Banner
You may already have an idea about how you want the banner to look. On the vinyl, the colors need to present well. Some colors may not come out as you envisioned them to, so you should be open to more suggestions that the designer can dish out.
At the very least, make sure the motif is presented on the banner you design. Your motif should be a good color for your banner to show it well. The colors on the color wheel are ideal, but if you have a more unique color in mind, consult your printing company first. Ask a printing company if they have colors like Tiffany blue, old rose and mauve before you choose these to be your party’s color theme. Design the banner well because, in a sense, your birthday banner is one way to make everyone feel the mood of the party.
