7 Seater Cars For A Teenager Tour
When my boss's daughter, Emma, turned sixteen she wanted to celebrate by having a day of sightseeing in the town with five of her girlfriends. "The city" is San Francisco, that is just one or two miles off from where my boss lives, and while there is the public transit alternative of Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART), Emma desired her mates to be able to sing songs and be boisterous at the time of the trip there.
Riding on BART would have required that they sit peacefully and not bother the other commuters. Also, finding six adjacent seats on the BART train isn't always feasible. My boss asked me to find out if any local car rental agencies carried 7 seater cars. I made a few phone calls and checked a few websites and gave my boss the details she required to make an evaluation of 7 passenger vehicles accessible for the day of Emma's birthday.
This would allow adequate room for Emma plus five of her good friends and my boss would be the driver. My boss made her decision and all the plans were set. The special day came and the climate was excellent, sunny and warm. Emma, her good friends, and her mommy climbed into the mini-van and the party began. Well, in fact, there was more preparation for the party bus prior to they got on board.
My boss had ordered wonderfully decorated cupcakes for the young girls to enjoy on the way over the Bay Bridge into the town. And, obviously, her good friends had come with their favorite Cd's to sing along with. After they got into San Francisco, they went to Fisherman's Wharf, fed the sea lions on the pier, had lunch at a restaurant watching out on the Golden Gate Bridge, as well as went window shopping at the Galleria.
And, like any day in San Francisco is guaranteed to offer, took in all the wonderful scenery as well as diversity. Few people might be intimated by driving through the streets of San Francisco, particularly with a mini-van full of teen-aged girls, however my boss was comfortable driving around the town because she had stayed there when she was going to university.
When my boss came back to work the next morning, she had lots of photographs and tales to tell about the good time the girls had on their day in the town, and it sounded as if it was a birthday that Emma would always remember for her entire life. I believe this was the best way for a mother to give her daughter a birthday party on the go. If anybody asks me for a great idea for celebrating a girl's 16th birthday, I'll certainly suggest that they look into the alternative of 7 seater vehicles. And let the party begin!
