2011. Year Is A Lot Important For Medjugorje Because Is 30th Anniversary Apparations Of Queen Of Peace

Medjugorje is one of the towns of the Western Herzegovina municipality of Citluk in the previous Yugoslavia. The name Medjugorje is Slavic and means "area between 2 mountains". This true story happens in the Bijakovici section of Medjugorje. On the afternoon of June twenty-four, 1981, 2 girls, Ivanka Ivankovic, age 15, and Mirjana Dragicevic, age sixteen, were coming home from a walk. Looking toward the hill called Crnica, Ivanka saw a bright profile of a woman. She revealed to Mirjana, "It is the Gospa!" ( Our Woman ).
On June twenty-five, the 2 girls returned to the hill with four others. Their names are, Vicka Ivankovic, age sixteen, Ivan Dragivevic, age sixteen, Maria Pavlovic, age sixteen and Jakov Colo, age 10. A figure in white was calling them to come up the hill. The youngsters were somehow transported in some confusing way to a beautiful Lady who calls herself, the Queen of Peace. The Woman gives messages to the seers for the whole world. To date, the Queen of Peace has left thousands of messages. Initially, the messages were almost everyday. Now, for the previous several years, they come on the 25th of each month.
The idealists describe Our Lady as stunning beyond words ; radiant with holiness. Her chats with the kids have taken the kind of motherly sensitiveness and love, and she has taken the job of both mommy and catechist in advising and directing their lives. She greets them with, "Praised be Jesus, my dear children." At the end of the apparition she says, "Go in peace, my dear children." She appears to the six idealists as a 3-dimensional real image and always appears amid brilliant flashes of light. Her appearances often happen about 6:40 pm every day. In Medjugorje, masses of people come daily at this time to participate in the event with prayer, song, the rosary and the Mass, which is sometimes celebrated by thirty or more monks. The whole evening service lasts about 3 hours. And this has been going down daily since 1981!
During the apparitions, the idealists don't respond to light, they don't hear any earthly sound, they don't respond to being touched. They've been subject to many scientific tests even in the apparitions, and the findings are well documented. While with Our Woman, they feel they're outside space-time.
Our Woman commenced imparting systems to the idealists in Medjugorje extremely early on. She has said to the idealists that each of them would receive 10 strategies. Our Woman has imparted these strategies to the six visionaries progressively over these past 18 years. 3 visionaries have received all 10, and subsequently, they have stopped having the daily apparition with Our Lady. The other 3 each have 9.
The systems bear on the idealists themselves, to the Church, to the sign, to all humanity, and to everybody, and to the whole world and to Medjugorje. The ninth and tenth strategies are grave matters. They are a censure for the sins of the planet. The punishment is inevitable because we cannot expect the conversion of the whole world. The censure can be mitigated by prayers and penance. It cannot be suppressed. An evil which threatened the world, according to the 7th secret, had been eliminated thru prayer and fasting according to Mirjana.
Local Church leaders occasionally feel they must keep Medjugorje under "wraps" until formal Church approval is given. But Rome has established for itself a completely different pastoral response; a reply of support instead of distance. The support, naturally, is low keyed and temporary, so as not to short cut the ongoing process that will lead to a final classic judgement. The method, historically, has only granted full recognition to world-scale apparitions when they have come to their conclusion. FATIMA was formally recognised thirteen years after, and GUADALUPE 200 years after.
